Preservation of the original configuration
Customization is performed on a base corresponding to your Volkswagen's original generation. Original vehicle components are taken into account to preserve their compatibility with the customized steering wheel.

Airbag: the airbag is not supplied with the new steering wheel. Your original airbag module must be reused.
- Retention of original steering wheel controls and buttons.
- Consideration of electronics and paddle shifters if the vehicle is equipped with them.
- No replacement with a steering wheel from a different generation than that of the vehicle.
- No configuration requiring modification of the original safety system is offered.
